Experience Required:
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months' sea service as a Second Engineer on Chemical Tankers and hold a valid Advanced IGF Certificate of Proficiency (CoP).
Essential Certification:
- STCW Proficiency in Advanced Training for IGF Code
- Dangerous Cargo Endorsement - Chemical (Advanced)
- Dangerous Cargo Endorsement - Oil (Advanced)
- STCW Advanced Fire Fighting
- STCW Designated Security Duties
- STCW Elementary First Aid
- STCW Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
- STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
- STCW Personal Survival Techniques
- STCW Prof in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (Other than FRC)
