Operations Supervisor
Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Supervisor to work on our clients FPSO.
Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to work with our leading offshore client on their North Sea FPSO.
Experience Required:
You must have at least 12 months experience as a senior officer on an FPSO.
Proven broad upstream experience required, preferably in a similar role. Candidate should demonstrate competency in at least two of the following disciplines: offshore operations, process engineering, marine systems, facilities engineering (topsides and subsea), petroleum engineering and drilling.
Demonstrated ability in frontline leadership in complex offshore upstream production facility. Experience of coaching and mentoring crew for performance and development.
Knowledge in the development and implementation of key work management systems. Must have strong working knowledge of implementing and managing HES / OEMS / Operations Assurance. Must be capable of contributing strongly to management of OPEX/CAPEX, service contracts, business plans and tactical activity plans.
Essential Certification:
Minimum Class II Certificate of Competence
Preferred Certification
Oil Dangerous Cargo Endorsement
