Northern Marine Manning Services are looking to recruit an immediately available Deck Supervisor for one of our offshore clients Semi-Sub vessels for a contract in 2022.
Experience:
Applicants should have minimum 1 year experience as a Deck Supervisor OR 2 years experience as an AB on similar types of vessels.
Duties:
- Assists Chief Officer in the safe management of the marine department
- Assigned the role as Helicopter Landing Officer in accordance with the role description
- Supervisor for Deck Crew on shift
- Operates the vessel lifting appliances in a safe compliant manner, etc.
Certification Requirements:
In order to apply you must hold:
- CoC as an Able Seaman
- OPITO approved Crane Operator Stage 3
- Banksman Slinger certificate valid for area of operation
- Offshore medical acceptable to sector of operation
- STCW medical certificate
- BOSIET
- MIST
- OPITO HLO Initial (or HLO Further) Training
- OPITO HERTL (or HLO Further) Training
- OPITO Workplace Experience & Competence Assessment
- OPITO Helicopter Refuelling
- CAA Aeronautical VHF Radio Operator
- IATA Dangerous Good Course
