Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced and immediately available Chef on behalf of our offshore client.
Assignment Details
- Contract, until end of contract (December 2021)
- Initial Mobilisation Date 9th August 2021
Experience Required
- Relevant industry experience, including skills in a similar catering position
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge concerning food hygiene
- An understanding of operating a catering business according to strict budgetary constraints
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Essential Certification
- MIST
- BOSIET
- ENG1
- OGUK
- Discharge book - preferred
- Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred but basic is also acceptable

- Good communication skills with the ability to maintain a good working relationship between company staff, customers, clients and management
- Possess a strong commitment to teamwork
- Ability to work with colleagues in a co-operative and non-conflicting manner
- Be consistent and accurate in all areas of work
- Ability to follow a Quality Health Safety and Environmental Management System
