Northern Marine are currently seeking an experienced Camp Boss to join an offshore accommodation vessel. This is temporary for up to 9 weeks.
An exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, the Camp Boss will be responsible for all hotel services and for leading the catering crew onboard an Accommodation vessel for up to 300 persons. He/she will be responsible for the safety, work schedules, job content and work allocation of catering personnel and for maintaining all food stocks.
Essential certification:
- Certified cook with a minimum of four years experience
- BOSIET Certificate
- Proficiency in all aspects of cooking, food hygiene, stock rotation, and nutritional aspects of menu planning
