On behalf of our client, Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced 3rd Engineer for Hebridean Island Cruises, Hebridean Princess. Please note due to the itinerary of the vessel, applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
This is a temporary role for 1 week's cover, joining on 8th September, but opportunity would be available for further work in future if successful.
Experience Required:
You must have at least 6 months at sea as a 3rd Engineer.
Essential Certification:
- UK Residence or UK RTW Permit
- Seafarers Discharge Book
- STCW Certificate of Competency (COC) - Officer of the Watch - Engine
- STCW Advanced MN Fire Fighting A-VI/3
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- STCW Crowd Management A-V/2(7) & Passenger Safety A-V/2 (6) - training can be provided
- STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats A-VI/2-1 (other than Fast Rescue Boats)
- STCW Security with Designated Duties A-VI/6-2
- Confined Space Entry - training can be provided
- ENG1 Medical = ILO Medical=Seafarer Medical
